We are proud to offer superior quality rabbit raised by small-scale farms where best animal welfare practices are paramount and antibiotics are forbidden. Long a favorite on the tables of Europe, rabbit is gaining popularity in the U.S. for its great tasting, delicate and lean meat.

Our freshly processed whole rabbits are a cross of Californian White and New Zealand White, providing the most tender rabbit meat. Rabbit meat is lean with a slightly sweet flavor. The saddles and loins are perfect for grilling or sautéing while the hind legs and forequarters are ideal for braising or roasting slowly at low temperatures. Whole rabbits average 3lbs each.
