Pepper paste is made using peppers grown in the South-Eastern region of Turkey, handpicked and made into a paste using traditional methods. Just a small amount of this thick pepper paste is enough to bring a fiery flavour to any dish, yet pepper paste doesn’t overpower the dish and allows the flavours of the herbs and other spices to come through, too.
