We carefully trim each tenderloin to ensure the removal of any tough fibers. The tenderloins have a very delicate flavor and texture. They cook very quickly and taste great with very little work. Try them with your favorite marinade for adding flavor. Best prepared seared stove top, in the oven, or on the grill over high heat. Approximately 6-8 tenderloins per pound. Sold by the pound.
