With the meticulous selection of grapes from Aegean and Marmara region, it is boiled in special sealed boilers, which are bled, without exceeding 70 degrees centigrade, and then it is packaged. Thanks to the vacuum technology use, all aroma and color of the fruit are maintained. Slight residue, which is formed under the jar, is not the cause of decomposition, and it can be used by mixing.
